To all parishes,

As you prepare to announce to parishioners your specific parish link for the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey (as part of the Catholic Leadership Institute (CLI) program) we have placed a "template" in the Flocknote Library -- in the Catholic Free Press folder to make it easy to find --  it is called: How are we doing as Missionary Disciples? Take the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey.

After you copy it to your list, please FILL IN YOUR SPECIFIC INFORMATION which is highlighted in red to make it easy to find and DELETE the instruction to you at the top of the page.

Each parish has their own link which was sent to the PPOC directly by CLI.
If you are announcing the survey in your parish this weekend, as recommended, you can then send this Flocknote early next  week as a follow-up. It will help increase response rates in your parish.

Thank you
Ray Delisle
